7 Chicken thighs
5 Garlic cloves
2 Lemon
2 tbsp Marjoram, dried
1 Large onion
Parsley and oregano
2 cups Chicken broth / stock
2 cups Rice
Black pepper
Kosher salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup of water
Clean your chicken thighs
Leave the skin on the chicken for more flavor
Season the chicken very well
You can use some hot sauce to help the chicken be more tender
Par cook the chicken and finish cooking in the
oven
Make your rice
Two parts water to one cup of rice
Salt your water
Cook until rice is nice and fluffy and dry
Put lemon and herbs with butter in the rice
Cook your chicken on 375 degrees for about 45 minutes Have the chicken half covered
Make sure that the skin gets good and brown and crispy
You can do this by taking foil fully off
Have some veggies with this meal
