Ingredients
Spinach
Rice
Cabbage
Celery
Carrots
Onions
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Egg Roll Wrappers
Cut up you veggies nice and small
Cook the veggies until dry This will prevent the egg rolls from being soggy
Place some olive oil in a pan
Heat up the pan
Place your veggies in the pan
Season them well
Cook until translucent
Add in
some cooked rice
Let everything cool off
Take 3 Egg Roll Wrappers
Place the cooled off veggies in rice
Wrap them up tight
Place the egg roll in hot grease
Cook until golden brown
To make them extra crispy
Place in the oven for 10 minutes on 375
