Low Carb Pepperoni Pizza
24 slices of pepperoni
oregano
1 large egg
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ofPepper
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cream cheese
3 cups Mozzarella
One whole Cauliflower
Break the cauliflower into little florets and place in a food processor until fine Pulse it
Steam in a steamer basket and drain well Put it in cheese cloth to get all the moisture out
Let the cauliflower
cool
Combine the cauliflower with the mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, garlic powder and egg in a bowl
Place the cauliflower in the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle Get it as close to the shape of pizza crust as you can Bake for about 20 minutes on 400 degrees
Add the toppings that you would like and bake for an additional 10 minutes
