Bacon, Egg, And Cheese Breakfast Bagel
Ingredients: 2 bagels 4 slices of crispy bacon 2 eggs 2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or any other type) Salt and pepper, to taste Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, avocado, or a dash of hot sauce Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Slice the bagels in half horizontally and arrange them on a baking sheet. 3. Toast the bagels in the oven for approximately 5 minutes, or until they turn a light golden brown. 4. While the bagels are toasting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to absorb any excess grease. 5. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your likingwhether you prefer them fried, scrambled, or
sunny-side up. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Once the bagels are toasted, lay a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each bagel. 7. Stack two slices of bacon on top of the cheese, followed by the cooked egg. 8. If desired, add any extra toppings, such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, or a drizzle of hot sauce. 9. Place the top half of each bagel over the assembled ingredients. 10. Return the bagels to the oven for 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt. 11. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two before serving. 12. Enjoy your scrumptious bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bagels! Feel free to get creative and personalize the recipe by adding sautéed onions, spinach, or any other toppings you love!
