1 lb of Bratwurst links
Russet potatoes
1 sweet onion
1/2 cup Chicken broth
2 cups o Ketchup
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
2 tbsp of Curry powder
2 tbsp of paprikas
1 tbsp of Olive oil
4 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp Water
Heat up skillet with olive oil
Cut up the brats
Place the brats in the hot skillet and brown
Place
the cut up onions in the pan with the meat
Place all of the seasonings above
Let simmer and thicken
Cut up a Russet potato
Long ways
Take slices and cut into sticks
Heat up some oil
Add the potatoes to the hot oil
Cook until golden brown
Add salt and pepper
Place the Curry Brats and Fries on a plate
