Ingredients
4 pieces of Boneless and skinless chicken
1 tsp of Garlic powder
1 tsp of Onion powder
1/2 tsp of dried Oregano
1/8 tsp of Cayenne pepper
1 tsp of Chili powder
2 tbsp of Flour
2 1/4 tsp of Paprika
1/4 tsp of Pepper
1/2 tsp of Red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp of Salt
1 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
2 tbsp of Butter
1 cup of
sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup of Milk
Season and Sear your chicken very well
Cut into slices
Make some rice
Rice tips
Use 2 cups of water to one cup of rice
Boil water first with added salt
Add rice
Cheese sauce
Melt cheese add milk and butter
Place rice down and add chicken on top
Add broccoli for your veggie
Place sauce over veggies as well as the chicken and rice
