Boneless Buffalo Wings
Ingredients: - 1 lb boneless chicken , cut into bite-sized pieces - 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper - Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 cup buffalo sauce - 1/4 cup butter, melted - Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for serving - Celery sticks, for serving Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. 3. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, making sure they are
coated evenly. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake the chicken pieces in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy. 5. While the chicken is baking, mix together the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl. 6. Once the chicken is done, transfer the cooked pieces to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over them. Toss until the chicken is well coated. 7. Serve the boneless buffalo wings with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side. Enjoy!
