Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create a marinade.
3. Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and shake to
coat the wings evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings on the rack in a single layer.
5. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Serve the Lemon Pepper Wings garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
