Ingredients
Thin cut Angus Beef
Provolone cheese
Egg Roll Wraps
Peanut oil
Sweet onions
Kosher salt
Pepper
Cook the beef well done
Add onions and peppers along with some kosher salt
Take the egg roll wraps and lay them out flat
Let the beef and veggies
cool off before placing inside of the egg rolls
Place beef and a slice of provolone cheese in each egg wrapper
Make sure that your grease is hot
Place the filled egg rolls in grease and cook until golden and crispy
