Cheesy Potatoes au Gratin
Ingredients
Russet Potatoes
Gouda cheese
American Cheese
Cheddar
Mozzarella
Salt
Pepper
Montreal seasoning
Butter
Milk
Instructions
Par boil the potatoes
Cut the potatoes in slices
Place potatoes on wax paper
Layer by layer
Season the potatoes to
taste
Place cheese on the potatoes layer by layer
1/2 cup of milk
Cover the potatoes
Bake for an hour or so in a preheated oven that’s set to 400 degrees
