Stick of butter rice is a simple and delicious side dish that only requires four ingredients: rice, butter, beef broth and condensed French onion soup Preheat oven to 425°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of uncooked long grain white rice (not instant), 1 (10 oz) can of condensed French onion soup and 1 (10 oz) can of condensed beef broth
Mix well Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly Cut 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter into thin slices and place them on top of the rice mixture Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until the rice is tender and fluffy Fluff the rice with a fork before serving Enjoy!
