Clean your chicken
Dry chicken well

Deep Fryer

Thermometer
Season your flour
Put butter milk in a bowl
Dip the chicken in the butter milk
Place bird in the seasoned flour
Press the seasoned flour into the chicken
Heat up your grease in the deep fryer
Place the chicken in very carefully
Use gloves to avoid splash
Let the chicken cook until fully done
Insert the thermometer in the thickest part of the chicken and make sure the chicken is 165 degrees
Once done, let the chicken rest on a cooling rack
Serve with your favorite veggies and potatoes
Don’t forget the hot sauce
