Wings and Fries
Ingredients
Chicken wings
Salt
Pepper
Lemon pepper seasoning
Cayenne pepper
Potatoes
Corn starch
Olive oil
Quick Recipe
Get your wings and toss them in olive oil or avocado oil with your favorite seasonings
Put them on a sheet pan and
pop them in the preheated oven at about 450 for 15-20 minutes
Reduce your oven to 325 until done
Take your fresh cut potatoes and toss them in a Tablespoon or 2
Mix a few Tablespoons of cornstarch with your favorite seasonings for fries
Toss them in the mixture
Cook for 20 minutes at 425 degrees
Turn them over and cook about 10-15 minutes or until crispy
Add some cheese on the fries if you would like
