Bake the fries until crispy and golden brown. Season with salt. Bread the Fish and Shrimp: In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge the fish and shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Fry the Fish
and Shrimp: Heat vegetable oil in a deep-frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the coated fish and shrimp into the hot oil, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Fry for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Make the Tartar Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, red onion, fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the flavors to your liking. Serve: Arrange the fried fish and shrimp on a serving platter. Serve with the crinkle fries, ketchup, and homemade tartar sauce. Squeeze some lemon juice over the seafood for extra freshness.
