Ingredients:
2 hot dog buns
7 strips thick cut bacon
4 breakfast sausage links
2 russet potato
67 eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of olive oil
Instructions:
Make the bacon:
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Lay out the bacon strips and bake for about 8 minutes
-After 10 minutes, Take the grease and place in a bowl Flip over the strips of back and bake for an additional 7 minutes Eyeball the bacon Cook until crispy Once done,set aside
Now the potatoes:
-Slice the sides of the potatoes to remove the skin Cut the potatoes into strips and than cut them again The should be small home fry size
Fill a pot for water and add the cut potatoes Bring the water to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes While the potatoes cook, add 2 tablespoons of butter to a large frying pan High Heat
When the butter is bubbling add some olive oil Drain the potatoes,
and add them to the pan Let them cook without disturbing them After around 5 minutes, toss them around in the pan Continue cooking until they are golden brown
Fry up the sausage:
Fry the sausage up until crispy
Stir up some eggs and add in some cheese
-Add the butter to a medium pan When the butter is foaming, add the egg mixture Add in some water to make the egg fluffy and to make sure that the eggs do not stick
You can also fry up and egg for an alternative to the scrambled eggs
Make the Buns
Make the fins like french toast
Stir up some eggs and add some heavy whipping cream
Take the buns and dip them in the mixture and cook them until golden brown
Fry them on each side
Making the Dish
Pull open the buns Gently
Place the potatoes on the bun
Place the sausage next
Place some cheese
Place the eggs and bacon
Add more cheese on top
Have a side of syrup
