Ingredients
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Brown sugar, lightly packed
2 cups of Self-rising flour
12 oz of packaged Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup of organic cane Sugar
1 tsp real Vanilla extract
1 cup unsalted of unsalted Butter
Mix up all of the dry ingredients
Make sure that you melt the butter
Add in slowly
Let the dough firm up
Take a cookie scooper and scoop
up the dough
Place dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Space cookies apart
Place in pre heated oven of 375 degrees
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
If you want them soft 12 minutes
If you want them more firm 15 minutes
Once done take out of oven and let them cool off
Serve with some vanilla ice cream
