Cinnamon Bread
2 organic Eggs 1/2 tsp of Molasses 1 1/2 cups of All purpose flour 1 tsp of Baking powder 1/4 cup light Brown sugar 1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup of White sugar 1/4 cup of olive oil 3/4 cup of Butter, Unsalted 1/2 cup of Buttermilk Instructions Grease a pan with any kind of oil spray 
 In a large mixing bowl, mix oil, softened butter, and sugar until well mixed Add the eggs and vanilla Mix until smooth Gently add in the dry ingredients and mix until smooth
Add about ½ cup of the batter and place it into a separate
bowl Add in some cinnamon and molasses to the batter 
Pour about half of the batter into the bottom of the loaf pan Spoon about half of the cinnamon batter in small dollops Pour the remaining plain batter on the top Put the remaining of the cinnamon batter on top of the regular batter 
Using a butter knife, swirl the two batters together Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes Let the bread cool This is actually a nice cake that’s not too sweet Have with a side of vanilla ice cream You can also have with a cup of coffee or coco Enjoy!
