King Crab meat
Red onion
Celery
Tomatoes
Shredded Lettuce
1 tbsp of Parsley
1 tsp Hot sauce
3 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Mustard
2 tbsp Mustard or dijon, yellow
Olive oil
4 Flour or corn tortillas or soft tacos
Boil your crabs legs
Take out of shell
Season to your liking
Cut
up the crab meat in small chunks
Mix with mayonnaise celery red onion and mustard Season with old bay
Dice up tomatoes
Place the topings on first and than top with the crab meat chunks
Squeeze some lime and a little bit of hot sauce
