Ingredients:
2 tbsps olive oil
2 pounds of cubed beef
2 tbsps of flour
4 cups water
2 cups beef broth
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
4 cups cubed potatoes
2 cups chopped carrots
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 cup fresh corn kernels
1 cup fresh green beans
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes

Start with a large pot,
Heat the oil
Next stir in the beef and add the flour until
browned
Pour in the water and broth
Season with salt and pepper
Bring water to a boil
Make sure that you turn down the heat and simmer for about 1 hour
Next, mix in the potatoes, carrots and rosemary
Let the stew simmer for about 1 to 2 hours
Add in some corn, green beans and simmer for 45 minutes
Have with a side of buttery cornbread
