1/8 tsp Cayenne
1 1/2 cups all purpose Flour
1 tsp kosher Salt
Oils & Vinegars
1 vegetable Oil

Pat the chicken dry with cheese cloth
Press flour into the chicken very well
Make the grease very hot
Place tenders in the grease
Cook until golden brown
Take the chicken out and let cool
