Crispy fish and chips
Seafood
2 kg Fish fillets, skin on
1 cup Cornflour or corn starch
1 cup of Flour
1 tsp Salt
Olive oil
5 Potatoes (peeled and sliced into fries )
Take your fish and place in flour and make sure that you coat the fish thoroughly
Season the flour
Heat the grease
Cut
your potatoes into fries
Cut the potatoes long ways and than cut the slices into sticks
Place the fries in the grease first
After all of the fries are done, cook your fish
Remove both from the grease when they are golden brown
Let cool and serve with iced tea
