Ingredients: 1 pound steak, thinly sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 bell pepper, sliced 2 cups shredded cheese 1 bag of frozen french fries 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the frozen french fries according to package instructions. 2. In
a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. 3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the steak. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. 4. Season the steak and vegetables with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and top with the steak and vegetable mixture. 6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the fries and steak mixture. 7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 8. Serve the cheese steak fries hot and enjoy!
