Ingredients
Ground Turkey 80/20
Sage
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Hot sauce
Olive oil
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Put oil in skillet
Place ground Turkey in the hot pan
Season the Turkey to your liking Go easy first…like use a 1/2 teaspoon of everything… cook…and then
season to taste
When the Turkey gets firm, take a spatula and break the meat up until it’s fine
Cook until the meat is dried out but still juicy
Place meat in an omelette
Or use for noodles
