Ingredients
2 lbs of beef stew meat
2 Ancho chile pepper
3 Bay leaves
1 tbsp Of fresh cilantro
7 cloves of crushed garlic
1 Lime
2 tsp of dried oregano
4 Peppers guajillo chile peppers
Thyme 1/4 teaspoon
1 can of Tomatoes
1 Large White Onion
2 cups of Beef broth
1 Chile de arbol chile peppers
2 Cloves, whole
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp of crushed peppercorns
2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 cup of Distilled white vinegar
2 tbsp Olive
Oil
2 tsp of cumin
Flour Tortillas
Cup of cheddar cheese
Make the meat with all of the seasonings… Don’t forget the Broth
Make sure that the meat stays drippy
Once everything is done
Assemble your tacos
Get a skillet
Place oil in it
Make sure it’s hot
Place cheese and meat in the tacos
Lay the taco in the pan
Use spatula to close
Once melted and crispy on one side, turn to the other side
Let cool and Enjoy!
