Here is what you need
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 large brown egg
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1 cup of Milk or Almond Milk
Make sure that if you use frozen blueberries, make sure that they are thawed out
Heat your frying pan over medium heat until a drop of
water dances across the pot
Stir flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda
Add an egg, Fresh lemon (watch for the seeds) almond milk, and olive oil
Stir until the batter is good and thick
It may be lumpy
Gently place blueberries in the batter
Cook the pancakes and turn them when you see bubbles
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Use about a cup of blueberries
