Chocolate Cookie Brownies Ingredients Chocolate sandwich cookies 3 Egg Half cup of tsp Baking soda Half cup of Brown sugar 7 tbsp of Cocoa powder 2 1/4 cups of Flour 1 and 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp of Salt 1 1/4 cup Semi of sweet chocolate chip 1 and 1/2 tsp of Vanilla 1 and 1/4 cup of unsalted Butter Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees First to Make the cookie dough Fully mix the butter, eggs, and vanilla Mix in sugar and brown sugar Add in half the flour, baking soda, and salt Next add in the remaining flour until fully mixed Stir in the chocolate chips Set the batter aside Next, make the brownie batter Melt the butter in a medium-sized pan Do this over medium heat Once it is fully melted, remove from the heat Stir in the coco powder with the melted butter Stir in the
sugar It will look like a paste Add the eggs one at a time Make sure that you mix in very well Stir in the vanilla and flour Stir in a half of cup of chocolate chips to the batter Grease up an 8 x 8 baking pan with unsalted butter Line the pan with parchment paper Press the cookie dough into an even layer, that covers the bottom Make sure that you cover the whole pan Layer the chocolate sandwich cookies on top of cookie the dough Spread the brownie batter evenly over the whole pan Sprinkle some chocolate chips and gently press them into the dough Bake the brownies for about 40-45 minutes Cook until a toothpick comes out clean, when Inserted into the middle of the brownies Once done, let cool Cut into squares and store them in a plastic zipped bag
