2 brown Eggs 1/2 tsp of Molasses 1 1/2 cups of All purpose flour 1 tsp of Baking powder 1/4 cup of light Brown sugar 1 tsp of Cinnamon 1/2 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup of White sugar 1/4 cup of olive oil 3/4 cup of unsalted Butter 1/2 cup of Buttermilk Instructions 
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Thoroughly grease up a loaf pan Use your favorite cooking spray Set it to the side
 In a large mixing bowl, mix the oil, butter, and sugar Do this until it is well combined Next add in the eggs and vanilla Mix until smooth Gently add in the dry ingredients Add in the buttermilk as well Mix until it’s nice and smooth
Separate a half of cup of the batter Place the batter aside in a smaller bowl You are going to add in cinnamon and molasses to that small bowl of batter
 Next, Pour half of the batter into the bottom of the loaf pan Spoon half of the cinnamon batter in small dollops Do this over the batter Pour the remaining plain batter over the batter Put
