Ingredients
fettuccine Noodles
Chicken
1/2 pound of wild caught shrimp
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Cajun seasoning
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of butter
1 q/2 cup of heavy/whipping cream
3 quarters of a block of cream cheese
3 cloves of garlic minced
2 cups of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Directions
Use room temperature cram cheese so that it is easy to mix
Boil a pot of water for the pasta and cook it al dente (not fully soft)
Make sure that you add salt
Place thawed shrimp
Cut the chicken in one inch pieces and leave the shrimp whole
Add the oil to a deep hot skillet, cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes Make sure that you are flipping the shrimp
Transfer to a plate
Add the chicken to the same pan and cook for about 4 to 7 minutes Make sure that the chicken is fully cooked To avoid sticking and burning, make sure that you stir the chicken
Once
the chicken is done, place the chicken with the shrimp on the plate
Remove the pan off of the heat and add in the sauce ingredients Add the butter, cream cheese, cream and some cajun seasoning Also add some garlic
Place the pan on the heat and stir for a couple of minutes until the cream cheese has fully melted
Let the sauce roll for about 3-5 minutes Make sure that the sauce gets thick
Add some parmesan cheese and then add the shrimp Next add the shrimp and chicken in the sauce
Let everything blend in and let the sauce soak into the meat
Add more salt and pepper as needed
Render some pasta water
Place in the sauce to help thicken it up
Drain the pasta
Add the pasta to the sauce and serve immediately
Cut up a clean lemon and place on the side to squeeze the juice on top Add some Broccoli (optional)
Add some grated Parm on top
