Ingredients:
1 /3 lb chuck roast 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil Use some salt and pepper to taste
Use 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
1 packet of dry onion soup mix ½ cup of salted butter 8 pepperoni peppers Heat up a large skillet on high heat Add oil to a hot pan You want to make sure that it gets really brown the meat

Take a paper towel and make sure that you dry both sides of the pot roast Season with a
pinch of salt and pepper Once the skillet is nice and well heated, add the roast

Using some tongs, flip the meat over and crisp the other side of the roast for another 2-5 minutes
Transfer meat to the slow cooker Sprinkle the packets of dry ranch dressing and onion soup mixes over pot roast

Top with a whole stick of butter Place peppers all around and on top of the roast
Cook on low for 8 hours covered
Have with a side of Rice and enjoy
