Jerk Roasted Chicken And Rice
This recipe is easy and most of the ingredients you may have right in your house. Use some pico with a little tomato sauce. Next cook it down and then add rice with some chicken broth.
For the chicken add the regular jerk seasoning out of the jar. Next add sugar, white pepper, black pepper, and garlic. Set the oven to 500 and place right above the broiler. Enjoy!
