Ingredients
Chicken wings
Olive oil
Sriracha seasoning
Mustard
Honey
Hot sauce
Catchup
Vinegar
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Preparation
Get the whole wings
Separate the wings by cutting the drummy’s from the flats
Soak the wings in vinegar and water for at least 30 minutes
Dry the wings off
Take oil and saturate the wings
Season the chicken
Place on a cooking sheet with parchment paper
Cooking instructions
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees
Cook between 45 minutes to an
hour depending on the type of oven that you have
Cook until crispy
The sauce
Place about 2 tablespoons of catchup
Half cup of of olive oil
Hot sauce a few shakes
Table spoon of Honey
A few drops of mustard
Season to taste
Let cook until simmering
Take wings and place in a metal bowl
Place the sauce on top of the wings
Toss the wings in the sauce
Serve with Blue Cheese and Celery Sticks
